If you go to the Texas Self Storage Association, they have an excellent explanation of what will fit in a storage unit. Our units start with 5' x 10' and go up to 10' x 30'.
What if I forget my access code?
You need to verify your identity with either us or by
going to Rio Raft / Rio Guadalupe Resort and we will
give you the access code.
Can I go by and see the units first before I rent?
Of course. Just call us and we will arrange to
meet you there.
What items am I not allowed to
put in my storage unit?
You are not allowed to store any combustible or explosive liquids, solids or gases, sulfide batteries or engines (unless the engines are drained first).
How much notice do you need when
I'm ready to move out?
10 days prior notice is required; either phone or email
are your easiest methods.
